Model and prototype
Product experience
Our professionally equipped workshop gives us the possibility to produce in-house functional, prototyp or design models. We understand the process of modelling as a major component of each product development. For this reason, we attach great importance to internally custom-made models.
With our expertise and facilities, we are able to create quickly and directly models from different materials. We have in addition a network of qualified suppliers, to realise also the challenging date-wishes, if it is necessary.
We finish with a high degree of precision, with much know-how and a great attention to detail. The result are fascinating model and pre-productions for your trade fair presentation or your functional tests.

Functional models
Based on precise test setups, we check new featured ideas of our developing projects. These functional models are used during the design development, to check and to develop new and innovative features. Function models provide the essential and characteristic features of a product.

Prototypes
These high complex systems matches visual and functionality to the final product. By the haptic handling with the detailed prototype, the product can be tested for usability, form and function before start of production.

Design models
We produce detailed and true scaled models for trade fair presentations or the performance in the showroom. This can simulate simplified complex functions and provide a perfect impression of the design and the main functions of the original product.
